We have 30 years of tradition and dedication in bringing simple food, using old family recipes of Northern Italy prepared by Mama and Papa Pagliai. Since opening Pagliai's (pronounced "polly-eyes") in 1989, we have been committed to providing our guests with an upscale dining experience that is comfortable and delicious and unlike any other pizza place in Western Kentucky.
At Pagliai's, we specialize in pizza, forged in our brick ovens and delivered to your table with the freshest ingredients and lots of 100% mozzarella cheese. We slice vegetables daily and grind and season our own sausage and beef with old family recipes. The same attention is given to our homemade meat sauce used in many of our pasta dishes.

Recommended by the fire department that helped unload a semi full of toys that Summit Media q1031, 1077 the eagle,
mix 1069 1039 the grove put together. As a christmas miracle. For the tornado victims. Its was good lots of cheese. Lots of room even had rooms for partys. The main dining room you can watch them make the pizza or what have you. I would recommend it.

Honestly this is a great place to eat. The atmosphere is a beautiful medley of fine dining and small town charm. I have eaten there several times now and I recommend either the prosciutto fettuccine Alfredo or one of the amazing deep dish pizzas. Not a deep dish fan? That is okay because they have a delicious thin and crispy crust as well.

The pizza and cheese bread was pretty good. If you like sauce on your pizza, you may want to ask for extra. Service was the challenge here, not terribly busy and the server was way slow and forgetful. It seemed as she was trying to limit her trips and bringing out things for multiple tables at once, forgetting items and not bringing out items she left behind until another table's order was ready.
