My experience with State Farm was very efficient and professional. Joselynn was friendly and helpful and was able to get me the quotes that I needed in a timely manner. She was also able to explain the lingo to me which made it so much easier to understand! I give her 5 stars for her customer service and going above and beyond to be helpful!

Phil and his team are wonderful to work with! When we stopped in the office, they made my 5 year old feel right at home, and Phil even sent him home with a new ball for himself and each of his siblings. I appreciate that he took the time to get to know more about our family.

He is quick to respond, always able to help, and gets things done in a timely manner. I’ve been telling everyone how much cheaper my insurance is, and I always recommend Phil first. I recently switched my insurance to Phil, and the experience was worth the time to write a review. He was honest, genuine, informative, and patient. He was able to explain complicated items in a way to make me comfortable and fully understand it. His authenticity made me very confident that he only had the best interest of my family and I in mind, and I never had the sense he was trying to sell me anything. I was with my previous insurance company for over 20 years, and I already feel more connected to Phil than I did with that company over that entire period of time. I wish more of my interactions

I recently transitioned my homeowners, auto, and an umbrella policy from my former insurance company to State Farm under his direction. Phil was extremely responsive, insightful, and professional throughout the entire process. He was able to provide me some alternative viewpoints to my existing coverage and provide me with appropriate coverages at a significant savings over my former company. Called into their office to add a 3rd vehicle to our insurance. Their office staff were professional while also being personable. They were very efficient and we're able to direct me to the coverage that met our needs.
