UPDATE: Came back for my next annual inspection. I walked in and was addressed by name. The gentleman at the counter had already pulled up my information from the previous year and asked if I had any concerns in addition to the inspection, including brake pads that were getting low the previous year.

Advanced is a family run business that takes extra care of their customers. They give detailed explanations of what the issue is, and include pictures to show when possible. I have taken my cars here for years and have taken usee cars I thought about purchasing as well for them to give a once over. Very friendly and trust what they tell me.

They were honest about what needed to be repaired on my truck. If it hadn't have been for the holiday and a delay from a supplier for the parts needed, I'd have had my truck back virtually the next day. Top notch mechanics. They keep you completely informed about your vehicle, provide loaners and stay in contact with you every step of the way. I've spent close to 5k in repairs for my car this year. The office is very disorganized and lack communication skills that result in you paying more. The first time this year they keep calling after issuing the estimate and the bill went from low thousands to two thousands and then it ended up at the four thousands. Then they said they would give me a discount, but then found out something else that was wrong that was more than the discount.

They were able to fit me in the next day and replaced my AC compressor. I was able to get rides there and back on their really nice shuttle that is free for customers to request. As a woman, it is very hard to find a car repair place that doesn't see $$$ when you walk in the door and they did such a good job fixing up my car. Will definitely go to them in the future if I have car needs!

Got a safety inspection and emissions testing on my 2022 Kia Carnival. Requested the appointment through Yelp and got a call the next day since I put in the request after hours. They took care of me right away even though I was late for my 330 appointment. The staff were amazing and very friendly! Highly recommend this place for your inspections. The team did an assessment on the issues we asked and then gave us an estimate of work needed to be done now and if not all now, then what could potentially wait and how long. The pricing was fair and good based on other shops and dealers in the surrounding area. They also did exceptional quality work and in the timeframe that they promised. Which is also very much appreciated as in the DMV area most of need a vehicle. This was one of my kids vehicles and I appreciate their belief in making sure my kids vehicles are safe for them and others on the road.

I had a screw in my tire and was losing air pressure. I called to see if they could fit me in and they did with ease. I've been coming here for about three years now. I just had my factory scheduled service and one repair on my 2009 VW Jetta. Everything went well, including the repair. The communication was excellent before (scheduling), during, and after the service was performed. No surprises or go-backs. Price was reasonable. My experience is that they will let you know if something else needs attention and the relative importance of it being attended to immediately or later.

Quick and efficient state and emissions inspection. I chose here based on reviews and wasn't disappointed. I like the report that's provided which shows all that was inspected/needs attention/etc. The waiting area was very clean, with TV and complimentary pretzels/water. Generally, a good experience. The shop itself doesn't present as high-end or attractive by any means but its customer waiting area is pretty decent featuring changeable cable tv, a mini-frig with cold drinks, and free wifi with 23M/12M speeds. However, a tire/wheel/alignment job that should've taken 2 hrs instead took 4 hrs with no explanation, none. Also, my request to put the old wheels/rims in the new ones' boxes was ignored/forgotten until I was ready to leave. I don't know what's happening to tradesmen/craftsmen today but they're not getting better through training

I called last minute to get an inspection done on my vehicle. Coming from out of state, I wasn't fully aware of what needs to get done. Ben was extremely friendly and helpful over the phone in explaining what I needed to do to get my vehicle "DMV" ready.

I am so happy I took my 4Runner to Advanced Auto Tech. They checked my vehicle over thoroughly and gave me a rundown of what should be addressed immediately and what could wait for a near future visit. The text that was sent to me showed all the suggestions with photos!!! How cool is that?! I went ahead and asked they do everything suggested since my 4Runner has over 191k miles. So glad I did because it is running like new:) Love this place!!!

I recently had to drop our car off for unexpected maintenance on the morning we were planning to begin a 2,000 mile drive to Utah. After diagnosing the problem, Ben called with the results and estimate. I cleared the work and Ben said the car would be ready by Noon. I explained our planned trip and asked if there was anything that could be done to get us out earlier. Ben said they would do their best. 90 minutes later
