Mr. Hensley and his staff are exceptional. Shelbi, in particular, fielded nearly every call and provided detailed instructions and explanations at every step. Mr. Hensley's presence for the meeting with the judge was incredibly reassuring. They made the whole disability process a lot less scary, especially given how complicated and overwhelming it is. Getting approved for disability is a test of endurance on top of chronic illness that's truly exhausting in every conceivable way. By all means stay away from this place. So unprofessional. No one cares about the clients. All they care about is signing the clients and taking their money. No one is ever available to speak to you when you call. They are always away from their desks or unavailable. Oh and also known from deleting all bad reviews.
