I had several consultations with Estate Planning Attorneys prior to meeting with Tracy Poston Shows. She was recommended by my father who was recommended to Seasons Law by his CPA. Because of these recommendations, I was fairly certain that Seasons Law would be the firm I'd choose to do my estate planning. But I wanted to meet with other attorney's first just to learn, see what kind of questions they'd ask and how much they charged. It was an education, and I suppose it was worth doing, but after meeting Tracy and her staff, I pretty much realized I wasted my time. Tracy covered things with us

Lynn Dean was our lawyer a long time ago. She made my fathers will and trust as well as mine and my (now) ex husband. We LOVED Lynn. Since the last time we needed Seasons, Lynn has retired and I feel like I was thrown to the wolfs.
My father was diagnosed with Dementia. I am his POA/Trustee/beneficiary..... I contacted them to see what I needed to do to get the ball rolling on a very very very tough situation. I cannot say enough nice things about Lynn, Tracy and the staff. We needed to redo our trust, living wills and a few other things. Our experience went way beyond our expectations. We interviewed a few other lawyers and there was no comparison. They take away any awkward feelings about end of life planning and make you feel you are talking to a friend rather than a lawyer. My husband, kids and I would give them more than 5 stars if we could.

Lynn Dean and everyone at Season's Law have been a tremendous help to me with a very complicated and delicate situation. I live in Davis and heard about Lynn Dean from a man at a charity. I am VERY happy I drove over to see her! She was kind to me and I was fortunate to have her help to update my legal paperwork!
I tried to have what I wanted done written out before I got to her office. She picked up very quickly on what needed to be done, asked good questions, and made other changes for me.

Happy to recommend Lynn Dean! She has been both knowledgeable and comforting during a difficult time. I am a teacher with a masters, and yet I could not understand my family's trust. Thanks to Lynn Dean and her amazing staff, we have finally been able to check off one of the important life task. We did not want our family to be stuck trying to figure out our estate wishes. Today, we can rest knowing our final wished are documented in our Trust. The process of creating a trust was overwhelming but Lynn made it painless.
