I've sourced t's and hoodies from several different companies in my time (since 1978 actually) some good, some not so good - but Chris and River City have my business --- 100% --- for the rest of my custom apparel needing days! Fast , reliable, competitively priced - shoot, they even tossed in a couple of extra hoodies my last order @ Christmas. HoHoHo - That's good business! Highly Recommended!!!

I can't thank Chris and his staff enough for their superior service. On a Friday, I called 10 other places in the KC area to see if it would be possible to get tshirts made with my grandmas signature for a funeral on Monday. Every place acted like it couldn't be done, but Chris immediately started by saying "it can be done" and promptly worked with me to get the project complete within hours. The shirts turned out perfectly, and his friendliness and attention to our project has left a lasting impression with me. I highly recommend their services and will be using them again and sending more people

Acted like he wanted to print some jobs for me and then just ignored me and never got back to me. After many calls, messages and over a month of waiting on a response, I had to start over looking for another printer. Extremely unprofessional business ethics. I suggest finding a printer that actually wants to work! This seems a common issue in KC, MO! So many lazy companies full of excuses! I shouldn't have to beg someone to do a job for me! Extremely Childish! Great way to gain new customers!

I've purchased shirt and caps to have print through them, I've had jackets and and tanks printed with them. Everytime the owner Chris made me feel unimportant because I wasn't having a thousand pieces printed. All he would talk about is how the corp. accounts have him so busy so he wasn't able to work on my things that he's been holding on to for weeks.

This is the best place in Kansas City to have your t-shirts made! The quality of the printing and embroidery is excellent, customer service is wonderful, and the prices are fair! We have used this company for our company and promotional apparel numerous times, from embroidered track jackets to screen printed t-shirts, and they have always been nothing but easy to work with! I have used River City T's in two capacities; for business and for pleasure. I am really surprised by the comments list above because I have only had good experience with this company. I began using them about three years ago, and to date I am really satified. Each time I contact Chris he is very responsive. The quality of the shirts are a plus as well. I would recommend River City T's to anyone looking for quality shirts!
