Chose your banner material, Vinyl is most common and cost effective and is good for indoor or outside use. Mesh is like a window screen and is perfect for high wind areas outside or for when you are looking for something different from a design stand point. Fabric is perfect for indoor use, it is fully washable and wrinkle resistant.
Our vinyl banners are made from heavy duty fire retardant 13oz "scrim" vinyl; scrim refers to reinforcement threads that are inside the vinyl to help keep it from tearing. We use a matte vinyl that really accentuates the vividness of the colors. Vinyl produces true, vibrant, eye-catching intense color, compared to other materials, such as canvas and other fabrics.
Mesh banners are made out of 8 oz vinyl that is perforated much like a window screen, it allows 40% air flow through it. It is meant for larger applications or for high wind areas. Because the mesh material is made out of vinyl it will hold up a long time outside, water will not penetrate and dry rot the material.
These banners are full color wrinkle resistant, fire retardant, and direct to fabric dye sublimated premium quality polyester. They are digitally printed (material starts off white and we print to any color needed). Material is 240 grams / 8.5 oz. Fully washable premium quality polyester. Being a fabric you don't get the glare as you would a vinyl banner, just vivid colors.
All Banner Store feather/teardrop flags are for indoor or outdoor use, this unique wind resistant banner design allows the graphic to rotate in the wind. Our outdoor flags are wrinkle resistant, fire retardant and use the most advanced dye-sublimation technology that uses heat to permanently lock and fuse the ink with the polyester fabric.
