We strive to meet our patients' needs and comfort, and we do so with the help of the newest technological advancements the dental profession has to offer. Rather than using cumbersome film, we use a digital sensor to take X-rays of your mouth. This sensor uses significantly less radiation to produce highly detailed images that are transferred instantly to our computer screens.
This simple cosmetic procedure can be performed by soft tissue laser, Electrosurge, or traditional surgery. The process of straightening your teeth has never been easier than with the Invisalign system.
A bridge is used to replace one or more natural missing teeth, thereby bridging the space between two teeth. A dental bridge is a false tooth, which is fused between two anchored dental crowns to fill in the area left by a missing tooth. The two crowns on the adjacent supporting teeth of the missing gaps are attached and holds it in place onto your teeth on each side of the pontic tooth.

The entire Staff are a blessing to the COMMUNITY!
I had an appointment, and a loosened tooth literally coming out out my gums in the front of my mouth. My Dentist removed the tooth that caused me great pain for so very long.
I was very grateful and thankful for their professionalism, kindness, and expertise.
The office is very clean and in a great location.

Dr. Deifalla and his staff are the best you will find. They went out of their way to provide me with emergency services right before Thanksgiving!! They are the most professional and caring dentist I have ever been to and I will never trust anyone else.
I highly recommend Durham Dental Center and would give them 10 stars if I could. Extremely grateful for all they have done for me.

Can’t say enough good things about this place. Clean office, friendly and extremely competent staff, and the doctor is extremely quick and straightforward. His work is always flawless as is the hygienists’. I’m never there longer than an hour (usually less than 45 minutes) and they’ve never pushed anything on me. Literally everything I want from my dentist.

This was my first visit at Durham’s Dental and it was the best experience I’ve had at a dentist. The oral hygienist was sensational and cleaned my teeth thoroughly plus she made sure all my questions were answered. Then Dr. D checked to make sure everything was ok and I immediately made an appointment for the next visit. I am very happy to have gone there and don’t worry about Covid protocols they make sure the office is clean before your appointment. Definitely recommend!
