My wife received a letter in the mail for missing an appointment. In that letter, it stated that the Office was terminating their service with my wife. She has been a 20 + year patient at this office. Long before Dr. May took over. The letter stated that it was due to "failing to leave adequate notice for a cancellation" She called the morning of her appointment and left a message before the office opened. She ended up having to seek medical attention later in the day. Her condition prohibited her from driving and required a prescription for her treatment. I talked to the office manager who stated

I felt so welcomed and at home with this office personnel. I loved Pat who cleaned my teeth. Dr. May was a dear and explained everything so well to me. The entire office staff were very professional; yet, made you feel "at ease". My daughter will most likely be showing up there at some point.
