They will bring you to your vehicle to show you what's going on or, in my most recent case, bring the car part out to you so you can see the issue for yourself and allow you to decide what you want done.
They've treated my wife and I well. We don't feel taken advantage of by them, or like they want to squeeze extra money out of us.
