I am a San Francisco Bay Area and Greater Sacramento photographer that loves and specializes in maternity, lifestyle newborn sessions, Fresh 48 Newborn session and Family sessions. I have a very playful approach to photography. My goal is to have you and your kids have a good relaxing time while capturing photos that tell a story about your family.
I want to freeze moments in time for you, so years down the road you can look back and remember exactly how you felt in that moment. So you can remember the way your baby girl always pulled your hair; or the way your son had the cheesiest toothless smile. So you can remember the way the love of your life shared glances with you when he thought no one was looking; or the happiness inside of you while you sat surrounded by your whole world.
I am a lifestyle photographer, meaning the primary goal of my sessions is to capture the beautiful every day moments with your newborn in a natural way. My sessions are "posed" in the sense that I give you direction and then document the natural responses after. The goal of my sessions is to capture you and your baby naturally and beautifully without a lot of props, backdrops and inauthentic posing.
What is a fresh 48 Session? A fresh 48 session is essentially a lifestyle newborn shoot that is done in hospital within the first 48 hours of a infant's life. I come bearing no props, wraps, lights or backdrops. My goal when I come into your room is to capture the events as they are. I want baby in your arms, baby in the swaddle, daddy comforting her while she cries.

We had the best experience with Tevi for our family pictures! With four young kids, they usually feel like torture for us but they were easy this time! Tevi is so natural and engaging with the kids it made the session go smoothly. Tevi is so creative behind the lens, I truly feel like she captured our family story in our pictures! Can’t recommend her enough!

Tevi was so profession and responsive when first contacting her about family photos. She took the time to get to know myself and my family and what our needs and goals were. The day of the shoot, she was extremely flexible and communicative! At the shoot, she made myself and family feel extremely comfortable and natural in front of the camera. I have a 11 month old and Tevi had all the tricks and skills to get her to smile and laugh! The photos turned out better than imaged and the turnaround time was so quick, despite it being the holidays! All in all, I HIGHLY recommend Tevi for any photo needs

We never had a photoshoot in our lives... but when I found out that my partner was pregnant and my mom sent me pictures about my first few years, I realized how much happiness I found in those pictures.
I surprised my partner with the photoshoot and Tevi was on time, knowing everything about the area and professional. We were super happy with the results and I made a book out of the photos to make sure our little one can one day open it up and feel the same warmth that I felt when my mom sent over those pictures from the early 80s.

I would give Tevi 10 stars if I could! She is incredible, not only as a photographer but as a human being as well! I met Tevi 5 years ago when looking for a maternity/ new born photographer. She was very responsive and seemed very knowledgeable about where to shoot and what times to shoot. She did our maternity photos and then we planned to stay in touch for when my son arrived to do his fresh 48 photos in the hospital. Little did we know, he’d arrive almost 3 weeks early! Having a baby during a pandemic was not exactly how I imagined being a first time mom would be. We skipped maternity and newborn pictures out of an abundance of caution. We finally decided to do family photos and we are so glad we went with Tevi to capture them. She was such a pleasure to work with and so great with my infant son. She even captured some mother/son photos and made me feel special since we missed out on maternity and newborn photos. We have had our family photos taken by Tevi three times now, and wow, every time has been such a wonderful experience. Tevi has young children of her own so she is amazing at working with kids. She is talented, so easy to get along with, and despite my kids not wanting to cooperate or look at the camera when they are supposed to, almost as if by magic, we ended up with incredible family photos. Additionally, Tevi is very professional about editing photos and getting them back to the client in a timely manner. She really is the whole package! Tevi has captured some of the most special occasions in my life! Starting with my maternity photographs, the actual birth of my second son and coming back to photograph him and his brother meeting for the first time! To say I cherish these photographs is an understatement. We recently did winter family photographs with Tevi and it was the absolute best time! Not stressful and just really fun, which with a toddler and baby is pretty amazing! Thank you for capturing such amazing memories for our family!
