I had to go through a couple different law firms and played a lot of phone tag before finally being referred to Kent law. Kent law worked with my extremely complex case and kept me up to date on all specific details. I was willing to settle for the first amount offered to me from the insurance company but Kent told me there was money left on the table. I held my hand and stood ground for about a year and a half to take an offer almost double the first one. Kent law was proffesional from the very start. They took charge and gave me clarity of the process after my accident. They helped me get in contact with a great chiropractor that was equally amazing. I have never been in an accident before and i was referred by someone who told me they would get the job done, they did just that. The paralegals were very patient with me because at first i didn’t understand the process but they made sure everything was clear not only once we started the process but before any contracts were signed. They remained professional and responsive even when i was filled with emotions. I would definitely recommend them to all who are looking for a team who genuinely has your best interest. Kent Law Firm did a good job most of the time. In the beginning I had to keep on them to get my case started. It was not until the 2 year mark, where I could not file a case anymore, that they decided to kick into gear and focus on my case. After they focused on my case, it was amazing!! I got phone calls every week with updates. It only took about 6 months to close my case, again once they focused on it. Overall they did an amazing job!
