In May of 2016 Christina and Richard Zucktriegel sold Mozart's to Christina's sister, Heidi, who along with her daughter, Alexandra, son-in-law, Jeff and son, Max, have a long culinary tradition in Leavenworth. Under the talented hand of Chef Carl Anderson, Mozart's has transformed into a 'European Steakhouse.' with the goal of serving the finest dishes possible while also supporting local farmers and growers.

Love the food here. Have been looking forward to my birthday dinner here with my daughter for a while now.
Lost two stars based on service. Waitress is basically ignoring us in favor off a table of 5 next to us. Been sitting here for almost 10 minutes now with 2 empty drink glasses- an iced tea and a gluewein. Want to order a margarita but haven't gotten an opportunity. oh the word just came by, looked at me, the drinks and barely stopped. She did slow down to tap me on the shoulder to say your food will be right out. Hope the steak lives up to what it had been in the past. Very disrupting birthday

I visited Leavenworth in April 2021 and never knew this place existed. We sat inside and had a very cozy and amazing dinner. All the employees were very friendly and attentive plus the food was amazing. The fresh warm bread was so good and I got the Filet mignon. I took the Streusel to go but I recommend eating it there as it was good but a bit soggy.

Our 2nd time there but a big gap in between. Great service and the food is excellent. We had the Stacked Reuben and the Bourbon Burger 8oz American Wagyu Both were so good we slip our meal so we could try both well worth the price. They have an extensive drink list also. Drinks Georgia on my mind and The Empress.
