So glad I went with this company to appraise my vehicle. My Insurance totaled my vehicle,then wanted to give me a low amount. I was not happy with how the Insurance company handled my claim period, however once I hired Bill as my appraiser he did a wonderful job. I'm very happy with the service he provided to me throughout and will recommend him to anyone that needs an appraiser. Very professional, and many years of experience. I stumbled across APAC One back in 2009 or so, in a effort to find an appraiser for my total loss claim. Bill Wayne himself answered my call. This was my first experience with an insurance claim for a total loss. I felt like the insurance company was raking me through the coals with a lowball offer for my car. I was skeptical at first but Bill set my mind at ease. In the end, APAC One ended up getting me almost 40% more than the insurance company's original offer. Needless to say, I was absolutely pleased with the results..... Fast forward about 10 years to my next total loss claim. A little older

For anyone looking for an appraisal this is the place to be. Mr. Wayne is by far the very best at what he does. Total professionalism and very approachable. He can make it happen for you. He is efficient, fast and accurate. I was so impressed by his abilities and end result. I was able to get 70% more than I was offered for my brother's bike by my carrier. If there were more stars, I would give them!! After my truck was stolen, my insurance company was offering well below what I thought it was worth. I decided to exercise the appraisal clause which allows me to hire an appraiser and have them negotiate with the insurance company. When I first spoke with Bill, it sounded to good and easy to be true. But once I told Bill that I wanted to hire him, he said "send me what you have and I will take care of it". He said it would take about 7-10 days. A week later he called to let me know that they settled for $8k more than the original offer. I could not
