Beware of this company! I wouldn't even give him a star, unless it was for his smooth talking! He charged my 83 year old Mom, $341 for less than an hour and end results were, "you need a whole new system" He even told her, he's never had a complaint and was loved by all he has done work for.....shame on you Scott Bauer!!!!

Oh Em Gee where do I begin. I got his number from the little newspaper in my retirement community.....boasting of his years of work and honesty and so on for seniors. What a scam, seniors beware he does an open ended estimate that can actually double when he is through. When confronted he had all the right answers to justify his doubling of the bill....practically daring you ...to call three on your side ...or pursuing any other recourse making you feel like the fool. We knew the bill was to be adjusted...but doubled from two to four thousand dollars who could believe it. Added insult came when

Avoid at all costs. His estimate will be very high but he will still find ways to press for change orders. He will technically get your approval but having left you with no choice but to agree. He will not bill you like a normal business but insist on coming to your home at a time good for him to collect his check. Will provide the bare requirements of job. Seemingly specializes in preying on senior citizens. Do not be fooled by fancy webpage not a good company.
