Mike Yocum has been an auto mechanic since 1980, a trade he learned on the job and perfected over the next 4 decades. He acquired the basics when an independent shop owner took a chance and hired him, and he moved on to spend 14 years working for a dealership, where he received extensive computer and diagnostics training.

We have been trusting our vehicles to Mike Yocum at Perham Auto Repair since 1994 when we moved to this area. Several years ago, I kiddingly told Mike that I wasn't going to refer people to him anymore because he was getting so busy. We have found "Doctor Mike" to be honest, fair, and reasonable. He is not going to do more than is necessary and once when we had a problem that he didn't feel qualified to handle, he had the humility to admit it and asked us to take it to the dealer.

I'm from Michigan. While in town, my car broke down in the evening, just as i was about to leave on my 15 hour trip back home the following morning. These guys were sooo accommodating & had my vehicle fixed first thing in the morning. I am so happy with their service. Thankyou guys, you are so appreciated!
