If it is part of your insurance benefit, your care at Lake Shore Chiropractic may be covered. Know that your insurance benefit is limited by the policy terms.
Your private insurance may have chiropractic benefits. Policies can differ vastly in their coverage. We will gladly attempt to look up your coverage when you come in but ultimately it is your responsiblity to know your benefits. You may have a Co-pay, Co-insurance and/or a Deductable. We participate in the major plans such as Independent Health, BlueCross/Blue Shield, Univera, United Health, Medicare and most other major insurers.

Amazing doctors that are honest and friendly. I was in pain for years but too scared to go to the chiropractor.
I got adjusted for the first time and woke up pain free in my hips for the first time in 10 years. I could sleep in!!! Amazing
Of course some adjustments like my neck did cause some more numbness due to joints swelling after the adjustment.
Ice is part of treatments too. But not for my lower back and hips. They feel amazing after 2 visits.

Dr Anzalone and Associates take great care and give attention to details. I've been 6 times and gone from barely able to walk to almost full mobilization! So good I drive out from Buffalo for this treatment. This place came friend recommended and it is totally worth it. They do take some insurances and adjust treatment schedules to best need and budget. I'm all clear to start outdoor gentle walk hikes! Greater WNY here I come!

I've been to many different chiropractors but Dr Habermehl is by far the BEST!!! He can change your life in as little as one session. He knows exactly how to take the pain away every time. Very compassionate and personable & extremely effective at what he does. As my Dad would say he's a Prince of a guy :)
