They are not professional, besides David. Everytime I needed something fixed they never got it done. I had black mold growing in my bathroom from the tub constantly running. My front door knob was broken for little over a year. I would not suggest renting unless you are desperate. I lived at a unite they had I'm E. Pittsburgh and of all the property managers, they were by far the WORST!! My rent was Always paid on time, which should have made it easier to get them to fix around the place. I am so happy that moved!!!

Contacted the office first thing in the morning after coming across their website and spoke with an incredibly rude man who said John Olson was busy. When I tried to explain why I was calling, he interrupted, scoffed at my hope to get a call and information before the end of the day, and was begrudgingly told he'd take my name and number. Never did receive a call back. I do not recommend.
