Ridge, The

The Ridge Apartments in Lincoln City are well managed with great ownership. Things get fixed right away and the complex is well maintained. Everyone looks out for one another -- especially the kids. Food share, a garden, rec center, landscaping. All of this super close to some of the best beaches on the Oregon Coast. Also, the manager Glenna is like the captain of a ship. The kind of captain you want driving the ship. She gets five stars too.

Been here for 7 years and it is by far the best place I have ever lived. Property is clean and well maintained. Maintenance is friendly and super efficient. And the neighbors watch out for one another. Plus the views are pretty awesome! But what really makes it all come together is our Manager, Glenna. She makes sure that things go as smoothly as possible, to the best of her ability. She's friendly and truly cares for her residents. I feel bad for her when she was to address issues that threaten our apartment community because she gets a lot of negativity for it. But rules are rules and she does

I don't even rent here but I was making a delivery to a tenant in my truck which has a very hard time going 5 miles an hour and she came running out of the office to scream at me about going the speed limit through the parking lot when it was my best attempt to do so. If this is how management acts to visitors I couldn't imagine living there.

Glenna has been an amazing community partner to work with. She runs the apartments professionally, and cares about the tenants wellbeings.

It's a horrible place,kids can't even have bikes.smokers stand outside your door and smoke.too many inspections.cars and appartments getting broken they into.

Trying to help my mom move out to the Lincoln City area and would have loved to tour the property but if the incredibly rude woman who interrupted me 3 times in our 5 minute phone call is any indication of how you treat your tenants, I am only too glad that you have a waiting list and the "only way you would ever even call my mom" is if she filled out an application.
To the managers/owners: maybe make sure the people manning the phones there--normally the FIRST impression any prospective tenant will have--doesn't answer the phone with the most unenthusiastic greeting ever followed by not one,

Warning...if you have credit problems that are out of your control..that you find out what the limits on past due bills before you..1.put yourself on the list 2. Give your $ for background/credit..doesnt make a difference if you had hard times but have a perfect rental history..and it doesnt matter if you tell the truth about your credit..you have to know the limit...its a shame that this is going on..and you wonder why there are homeless people..Be informed...

I love living here the manager is friendly and maintenance is quick to fix things and friendly it’s quiet and close to the beach, shopping and restaurants. The apartment is cozy and has a beautiful view
