Margaret P. Neal Stubblefield, DDS, MAGD graduated from the University of Detroit, Mercy, as a Doctor of Dental Surgery. Upon graduation, she completed a general practice residency at the University of Tennessee Medical Center in Knoxville, Tennessee. In 2003, she established the Gainesville Family Dental Center focusing on providing high quality cosmetic, preventative & minimally invasive dentistry.

They had to redo my X-rays several times because they kept messing them up, including accidentally taking them backwards and upside-down apparently. They forgot to send a preauthorization to my insurance and then when I reminded them and it was finally done a month later, it was filled out incorrectly. They seem like a friendly staff, but they really need more training.

I recently had my first appointment at Neal Dental Care and I have to say that I was impressed. Everyone I encountered in the office was very friendly, courteous and professional. I spent the most time over two appointments with the hygienist Rose and I feel that she is exceptional at her job. She understood that I was extremely nervous and was patient and kind during the long deep cleaning process. She is an expert at what she does and gave me some good dental advice to follow!

I originally gave this office A five star rating after my first visit. Since then I’ve had nothing but problems and issues and promises unkept. First I sent my college age daughter there for an appointment at 4 PM they did not even see her till after 5 PM and did not finish the work and let her go home till after 6:30 PM. That’s 2 1/2 hours for four cavities.
Then I came to this dentist because my previous dentist was incompetent. Dr Stubblefield assured me that she was a professional and she knew exactly what she was doing even though my issue seem to be more difficult than a normal procedure

Very poorly organised office. I decided to change my dentist and when I went to this office I found out that I had number of cavities! I didn’t have any pains so I was super surprised. In the end I got all my cavities fixed and my teeth never felt worse. They are excellent at making it painless but that’s about it. All of my “fixed” teeth have to be repaired again. I am not going to even mention everything my husband went through. By far the worst office to get your teeth cleaning as well. I gave them two stars just because they are really good at making it painless but I have no clue how

This place was incredible. The atmosphere was so pleasant and calming from the moment I walked in the door. The staff were all great, highly professional, competent, considerate and interested in me as a person. It was the first time after taking xrays that the dentist showed me the pictures and explained what was wrong with my teeth. I would rate this dental practice as exceptional. Do give it a try! Wonderful!

I am a new patient at NDC and I am very impressed with them so far. They have taken care of some gum issues I have had for years and have helped set me on the path to having healthy gums. My hygienist Rose was amazing and perfect for a person like me who has a phobia of the dentist. She walked me through everything, checked how I was doing frequently and was very calming in how she spoke with me which eased my anxiety

They were really nice. Didn’t have to wait too long to be seen. Was a really quick and pleasant experience. The oral hygienist was really good and gave me a lot of good tips of what to do and wasn’t strict about it. She was really supportive like telling you to set a goal to floss this many times as day and work towards doing it everyday. Would highly recommend.

I had a great experience today at Neal Dental Care. Covid-19 precautions are in place to help you feel safe. All the staff I encountered was professional, courteous and very personable.
Valerie, one of the dental hygienists was very thorough and took the care to explain each procedure. What’s more is she has a very gentle hand. I am so happy to have found a great dental practice.

I was in there today and after three years of being scared of the dentist (due to not having good experiences when I go) I had such an amazing experience where I felt like they really cared about what was going on in my mouth and making sure that I was well taken care of and never in any discomfort that could be avoided. I feel like I finally found a practice I can trust moving forward!

(For the record I don't like the dentist ever)....Rose is always my dental hygienist and she's great! We have good conversations and she very hood at her job! This place is always clean and polite. With COVID they do a great job making sure you feel it is a safe space.
If you need a procedure they make it clear that it/they may be necessary but aren't overly pushy.
I recommend fir all dental needs.

Dr Stubblefield is a fantastic dentist. I have always had wonderful experience with her. The other dentists that work with her are also great- they are human, kind, and gentle. Also have to give a shout out to the dental hygienist, who is just fabulous!

Ugh. Had to do a revision. I scheduled our entire family here originally and loved them- until today. The fees seemed to be steep and I thought our co-pays were just increasing. I questioned the co-pay and discovered even though their staff , Rose, assured they were Met-Life/Tricare providers, they in fact are not. I immediately cancelled all remaining appointments. That is a huge problem.
