I began my legal career representing foster parents who chose to adopt their foster children. After a few years, I began working for the Attorney General of Texas, where I became quite proficient in both Texas and interstate child support issues. After 3 years there, I opened my firm, focusing on family law.
I was born in Dallas, Texas. I obtained my BA in Psychology with a minor in Sociology at the University of Texas in 1992 and remain an avid Longhorn fan. I received my law degree from Texas Tech in 1995 and was admitted to the Texas Bar in November of that same year. I started my career performing adoptions for foster parents.
My office, the Law Office of Wendy L. Hart, represents all walks of life with compassionate and aggressive strategies. I provide full-service assistance to clients in Fort Worth, Tarrant County, and the surrounding areas. Adoption is a forever decision. Wendy and Nick have proven to be the best advisors, lawyers that I have ever met. Nick have been very helpful from my initial call and then visit at their office in Mansfield. Sadly to say, this is not my first divorce experience, Nick and Wendy made this happen in a very professional manner. I feel like I made some new friends with the way they treated me.
