Very unorganized and difficult to work with. The secretary kept on telling me someone would come out and it kept on getting pushed back for about 3-4 weeks without anyone showing up until I asked for the managers phone number for the second time. I wish I would have been able to talk to Hugo the manager a lot sooner. Hugo did a good job of explaining to me what was causing the water damage and was very knowledgeable. Pollo the repair guy who came and did the work did a great job and was very friendly and knowledgeable. I am happy with the work they did. The reason I only give them 3 stars is due

Great experience with Hugo and his QSR team. Exceptional work at a very fair and reasonable price. My wife and I own several properties and Quality has worked on several of our residential and commercial roofs for the last 9 years. The crew is amazing, respectful and very professional, they protect all of our tenants belongings and are always exceptionally clean like no one was ever there. My only contact for Residential and Commercial installations- Highly Recommended !!!
