They don't answer the phone they don't return calls. When I finally did manage to reach them about a house they were selling she literally told me oh you don't want to buy that house. They were keeping people away from it so one of their friends could buy it. They are criminals

Being a first time buyer I was very nervous about buying a home. They were patient with all my questions and made our home buying experience as smooth as possible. Will be coming back to them in the future for any real estate related needs.

Very professional. Very courteous. Helped with any questions day or night during the process of buying our house. Highly recommend.

This Real estate agency, if that's what you want to call it, is horrible and runs a scrupulous business! DON'T RENT OR BUY ANY THING FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!

This woman Tracy Mcdermott is Terrible. She went to Ireland upon my transaction. Left us in the dark for a month. Then she comes back after having to call 4 agents in her office he sounded as frustrated as can be. Probably its so stressful working there he is going out of his mind. This old bag didnt answer any questions, replied to old strands in emails. Has no clue about anything whats going on. When I withheld her escrow moneys she cancelled transactions. Thank goodness I was able to get out when I saw the signs. She says she raised two kids and did 1000's of transactions. I doubt it

I started buying a house in Sept. finally closed in June. She conveniently forgets to turn on water for inspections because she knew pipes were broken, gets some idiot to fix and rip all ceilings out, washer hook up is 4 inches out of ceiling when we finally have to redo inspection. Our agent spent the last 5 months of this process doing her job for her. she accuses us of holding up sale in Oct because we went on vacation ( which was planned a year in advance), but she didn't even have a deed on the house yet. She is a nightmare to work with, acts like it is her first day on the job. She
