Taking their budget, we created hyper-targeted ads, remarketing UTM tracking and in depth audience analysis. Prior to coming on with Duo, the surgeon and his staff would receive hundreds of calls a day that weren't qualified for his procedure. Starting Sept. 2015, we created a new, cleaner website, created high-quality ads to target look-alike audiences, and set up other digital ads that redirected to Pixel-tracking website.

They did less work than was quoted and communication was very poor. Had to keep bugging them to get any information at all. Slow to respond. They may work better with a larger company, but as a small company, we found them difficult to work with.
