Coming from the Advertising Specialty Industry, Jim Pike founded Distinct Images in 2001 with a primary goal of giving clients superior customer service, excellent quality and complete project management. The first years were spent sharing an office with his uncle who owned a sign company, which was a great partnership to offer both of their clients a one-stop shop location for promotional products, decorated apparel and indoor + outdoor signage.
Shortly after, DI moved to its first office of its very own in the heart of Broad Ripple to embrace the community and fun environment of that area. An Artist/Sales Representative was strategically hired to assist on the artwork end, as well as help the business grow. The company grew to an even bigger building where it still resides today.

We just shifted our uniform business to Distinct Images (we wanted to work with someone local) and we couldn't be happier! Great quality, nice selection of on-trend products, and very friendly and timely service. If you need shirts or promo items for your business, call Distinct Images today and ask for Jim!!

Horrible customer service. Tried to get a quote from Kristin and in the 33 e-mails we had between us she still couldn't manage to send me one. Every time I tried to confirm a price with her, she would confirm and then e-mail me back to say that the price was changed because she had made some form of mistake (forgot to include shipping, put the wrong figure down for setting up the item). Incredibly frustrating and irritating experience.
