Services
The Massachusetts Automobile Policy is actually made up of 12 parts. The first four parts listed below are required based on Massachusetts law and are referred to as Compulsory Insurance. The remainder are Optional Insurance, and are not required by law. However, these coverage's provide additional insurance protection at a reasonable price.
This section provides property insurance on an owner-occupied dwelling used for residential purposes. It provides protection against loss to any attached structure and also covers materials and supplies located on or next to the residence premises used to construct, alter or repair the dwelling. Personal property includes furniture, clothing, and household goods.
Whether you want coverage for the entire condo association, or just your individual condo unit, we have a number of insurance carriers with very competitive condo program's available to us. All of our carriers are rated A or A+ on AM best rating system, which means they're financially strong and stable.
Life Insurance ensures a secure future for your loved ones after your passing and gives a piece of mind that most other insurance policies can't offer. If you aren't as forward thinking, you can even use life insurance policies for more direct expenses like paying off mortgages or loans. Its list of uses is almost endless.

We have used O’Rourke Insurance for many years, and we stay with them because of their great customer service. They are always friendly and professional, and take care of our insurance needs quickly and efficiently. I've been working with Marty for many years and his service is outstanding! He always finds me the best rates for both home and auto, and is always keeping an eye out for ways to reduce my rates. Chris O'Rourke has been first class thus far in all of my interactions with him. Having recently relocated to Massachusetts I figured there would be a lengthy process in getting my Mass registration, plates, insurance, etc.... Not the case when dealing with Chris!
