The Adullum Community Healthcare Center (ACHC) is a faith based nonprofit primary/behavioral healthcare, career educational, and professional services center located in Old Otterbein United Methodist Church Baltimore, MD. We welcome all patients insured or not and provide education, support and access electronically to those who wish to be insured via the Maryland Healthcare Connection.
