Although antidepressants can be effective for many patients, they do not work for everybody. More than 4 million patients do not receive adequate benefit from antidepressants and/or cannot tolerate the side effects caused by them. Transcranial magnetic stimulation (TMS) therapy offers you new hope and new beginnings.

Our goal is to provide you with comprehensive acute and ongoing treatment through an effective combination of Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation sessions, psychiatric care, counseling and ongoing group support. Aspen is proud to be the region's first provider of TMS, and we have an established track record of working with clients with major depressive disorder.
Insurance coverage for TMS Therapy varies depending on individual carriers and plans and may be determined on a case-by-case basis. Aspen staff members will work with each patient to help determine eligibility. Aspen helps patients attain the coverage they need as quickly as possible so that they may access this beneficial treatment.
BrainsWay treatment has been shown to be safe and effective in the treatment of patients with Major Depressive Disorder. TMS Therapy is a non-systemic (does not circulate in the bloodstream throughout the body) and non-invasive (does not involve surgery) form of neuromodulation, which stimulates nerve cells in an area of the brain that is linked to depression, by delivering highly focused MRI-strength magnetic pulses.

Colin is amazing!! I can't tell you how much I adore him as a therapist. Even as a human being. Colin has helped me see things in a different light...things I never knew were actual reality. I have grown into a new person as I feel more assertive and mentally healthier since he has been helping me. Colin also brings much laughter to each session. I thoroughly enjoy each session I have because I know I will walk out of his office and feel better each time I leave. I am also able to stand my ground in which he has helped me reach that goal. I am an RN and have a family member with Anosognosia (brain's unawareness that there's a problem!) Member had an appointment with Dr. Soriano for an evaluation and missed their appointment. Jason wouldn't reschedule, he wants to see people that WANT to get help vs Need Help! Member was rescheduled with a therapist instead of Dr Soriano, big difference. When you possibly have a one time shot with getting an evaluation you want to have the most educated person to DO the job! Mental Illness is a very big problem today. The Bigger problem is WHERE to get help! Not with Dr. Soriano!

I have been seeing my therapist for little over a year now. Dr. Loy. She is awesome. She has a great personality, compassionate and has a great sarcastic sense of humor. In a good way. Wich she needs to have that in order to keep up with me. My only complaint is the receptionist not answering the phone when I call. In order to get a hold of Dr Loy when I need to is by email her. It shouldn't be that way.

The billing department and practices here are terrible. If you have an older account it is impossible to know what you truly owe due to how poor their record keeping was. I suggest getting everything in writing for each appointment, both what you are charged and what you have paid. This is a legitimate review.

I would never return to this company. They have the worse billing and customer service I have ever experienced. They have misbilled my insurance, myself, and billed the wrong insurance. After I call and think they have it fixed and assure me it is months down the road another bill arrives for the same thing. My advise don't go here it's not worth the frustration.
