The lady answering the phone should really learn some manners. She has horrible phone skills and was incredibly rude. I called with a simple question and all I got was a sour attitude and when she put me on hold, she held the phone away from her face and I heard to talk to other staff about me. She's lucky she didn't scoff at me one more time otherwise she would've had a personal visit from me so I could tell her what's up.
