Just finished my first appointment. Everyone was very kind and answered all of my questions. The office is clean and pretty big. I filled in a bit of paperwork at the start and then waited for no more than five minutes to be seen. Everything went pretty quickly.
I had a different dentist at another place tell me I had to get teeth pulled, but Doctor Askari said that was not the case at all! Glad this is a place where I'm not getting told to do expensive and painful work that isn't necessary.
Happy to have found my new dentist!

Made an appointment for a cleaning 2 months ago. Took time off of my job to keep my appointment which was at 12pm. I got there right on time and was seated right away. Dr. Took a look in my mouth for a minute and informed me that someone will be right with me shortly. I was told that Dr. had an emergency procedure to take care of and I'd need to reschedule my cleaning that I had already scheduled. Time is so valuable to me and it really killed me to know they had no consideration for my time. I traveled 30 minutes to get there just to be told that the Dr. had higher priorities than my schedules

This was a great experience. I was of course apprehensive about going to a new dentist in the our current COVID-19 environment. I really had no choice
since I was in pain with possible gum infection.
The staff were PROFESSIONAL, PATIENT FOCUSED, and
PROUD to be of service to all who come through the doors. The office was spacious, clean and sanitized with all protocols in place. You WON'T be disappointed!!

Dr. Askari was amazing also, everyone that worked there was very nice and polite. Super friendly, they took the extra precautions to make me feel safe being there. Everything was very clean. Carol explained the prices very well and just made it very easy for me to start treatment. Overall love this office and found my new dentist!!!

Before arriving to this location, I've always had a pretty horrific experience at "the dentist" but my fiance had recently introduced me to this magical dentist office that she gets her teeth cleaned at every year. So as I considered going, she forcefully made me an appointment for the day after next and I'm glad she did. It turned out to be the best experience I've ever had at a dentist office. Not only was this location nice and clean, but the staff was extremely nice and helpful. Carol, Blythe, and Mariana were so great and friendly... Their energy made all my worries

Wow the overall care my fiancé and I experienced at Assure dental has been unmatched. From the front desk staff Carol, Mariana, and Blythe down to the dental assistant and dentist Dr. Askari has been so welcoming and pleasant. I had a recent event that was dealt with a lack of customer service at your Culver City location. First I would like to state that I have been a patient at this location for 2 years now.
On Monday morning, October 14th, I placed a call to the dentist office with concerns of my son's mouth retainers piece broke inside. The person on the phone, Mariana, just took my call very impersonal and quote me with a $500 fee to help my son. She stated that my insurance didn't cover such work yet she hadn't had taken my name, phone number or any information to identify who or what my insurance

Well got in 20 mins early before my appointment which was at 330pm. Got called in promptly at 330pm and the assistant sat me down and gave me some xrays...even though I let her know I just had some last year...but she said it wont be a full mouth xray...just 6 pictures.
After that was over I proceed to sit in the chair for 45 mins straight with no update from anyone. It wasnt until 415pm the assistant came back and said the doctor is almost done and will be with me. He finally came in almost a whole hour after my appointment at 420pm. I was so ready to leave as the reviews are true regarding

The Dentist, Assistants, Office Staff are amazing! They have great attitudes and are very flexible with scheduling. I love the Keurig machine, massage chair in the waiting room are great. Even though I do not have toddlers, the play room is a great thing to have.
I appreciate being able to see my teeth via x-ray immediately following the exam on digital display. This place is awesome! That's why I have been a regular for almost 4 years now.

The staff made a big effort to address my concerns. So far I have been hoovering to.see if my sons underbite is moving amd as of today his underbite is gone!!! I am very pleased and surprised! The other doctors he saw said it would take months! This process took a month!! Surprise surprise! So far it hasnt shifted. Going to the dentist is not easy but he did not try to monopolize off of a parent and offer things he could correct using a cheaper and better method. I will make an appointment for my daughter's braces as well.

I was a patient for a long time. They change staff frequently and rotate them. The orthodontist and dentist from 2012 messed up on my lower teeth. Also, I had a crown on my lower right of my mouth and less then a few months the crown falls out and when they placed it back the dentist didn't bother to clean it before placing it back in and few months later, I end up with an infection and they tried to charge me for the treatment when it was totally the dentist negligence. I tried for them to get it fix under their cost and they where making me jump hoops so I just end up giving up and not

Horrible experience! they will always find an issue with your teeth and recommend you to do unnecessary procedures, I got completely scammed by them and my teeth ended up hurting in places it never did before! I had to return twice for them to fix what they had caused in the first place !
When my insurance changed, i finally was able to change dentist and everything they had told me a month prior was a complete lie.
Stay away from this place at all cost!

I have been going to Assure Dental for 2yrs. The first dentist I saw was Dr. Chen, he was great. He re-evaluated me after I was told I have 5 cavities by another dentist and it turned out to be 2 cavities- 1 small one and another one. The small one didn't even need anesthesia so I was pleased. The other supposed cavities were old fillings that needed replacement but I was told that I had cavities underneath the fillings
