Rooster Roofing just finished replacing a very old roof on our hillside house and we couldn't be happier with the job they did. From the initial consultation and estimate to clean-up, they were super-responsive, reliable, and a pleasure to work with. I found Rooster Roofing on google about 2 weeks ago. and in 1 week I hired them to replace 3 roofs at 2 different properties. I love how they service from the City of Los Angeles, all the way to the San Fernando Valley. That way i can use 1 company for all my properties. I appreciate how fast they work and their great pricing. I would suggest them to work a little better on the communication between each other however, speaking to Charlie has been a great pleasure and whenever i speak to him it really helps the process run a lot smoother and faster. I have been looking for a new roofing company

This company is absolutely the worst!!!! They promise you the world and when they come they make up every excuse why they won't honor their price and try to gouge your for more $$$. They also delay things putting you in a bind so you will conceded to whaterver they want you to do because you dont want rain to come into your house!

Rooster roofing ....charlie .... will always be my roofing company!!!!! I was in need of a roof repair due to the recent winds storms that affected my home. Recommended by a friend. Called for an estimate, prompt service. Charles came out I showed him the areas that leaked. Inspected the roof and recommended services. I requested a proposal, received that several days later. Called several weeks later for service, availability open.
The day of service Charles was not present. Read the work order totally different. At this point I was concerned. The gentleman that came out for service was professional, honest and very knowledgeable about his craft. That is the only reason I gave 3 stars, great customer service.

These guys are terrific!! It's so hard to find a good and reliable roofing company in Los Angeles that will actually call you back and show up when they say they are going to show up.
I called Rooster Roofing to get the roof on my garage replaced. We made an appointment for the next day. Charles came out and gave me an estimate that was extremely reasonable -- especially compared to other estimates I had received. We scheduled the work for the next day. They showed up on time, banged out the job in a day and cleaned up the mess afterwards. I could not be more satisfied with the work. Very

THIS ROOFER WAS UNRELIABLE - DID NOT STAND BEHIND HIS PROPOSAL - DID NOT RESPOND TO OUR TELEPHONE CALLS - and uses a FALSE EXCUSE to justify the fact that HE RENEGED ON THE PROPOSAL _ and DISAPEARED.
His response dated 7/28/2017. to our review dated 7/20/2017 IS COMPLETELY FALSE. His statement that he had made "several attempts to reach the owner and explain" is a complete fabrication.

Best Roofer in all of LA and OC. I flip bank owned properties and Charlie is my go to Roofer. As others have stated on here his prices are very competitive, but most importantly his workmanship is outstanding. Him and his team are very knowledgeable. I would recommend Rooster Roofing to anyone. He even offers free estimates!!!
