At Mobile Performance Therapy, we focus on pain management and pampering your body, mind, and spirit. Each session is goal-oriented and customized. To some, this could be a relaxation massage, or to others, a stretch session followed by a spot-specific deep tissue massage.

We understand that every client is different, with varying goals and complaints, so we make it a priority to communicate and listen to our clients and then formulate a plan for each session as well as an overall treatment plan. Our goal for each session is to have our clients leaving with a sense of renewal- allowing them to live their lives pain free, and engage in all of the activities they love.
Services
Massage therapy is the practice of soft tissue manipulation using manual techniques. Some benefits of massage are to improve circulation, enhance muscle relaxation, relieve muscular pain, reduce stress, or promote health and well-being. Each session is individualized for the client. We are able to use different pressures to get the maximum benefits for the client.
Jesse started off as an aspiring nursing student when he found interest in massage therapy. He booked his first massage during a vacation with his wife and became interested in massage therapy after his first session. He enrolled in courses that fall and enjoyed the entire program.

He is excited to continue his growth within the field, learning more about the body and its ability to heal itself, as well as the numerous modalities he can learn and add to his list of skills.
Massage Therapy uses tools, such as the practitioner's hands, forearms, thumbs, elbows, etc., to manipulate the client's soft tissues- muscles, fascia, tendons, and ligaments. The practitioner uses different pressures, holds, and movements of these tools throughout the session. The purpose of this is to help enhance the client's health.
Fascial Stretch Therapy(TM) is a one-on-one, table based form of assisted stretching. FST focuses on the client's joints, individual muscles, muscle groups, and fascia surrounding those areas. Fascial Stretch Therapy uses traction, oscillation, circumduction to help open up the joints. This, coupled with the stretching, increases range-of-motion and flexibility.
Cupping Therapy uses cups as tools to create negative pressure on the underlying tissues. This creates suction, or lift, on the area being treated, and that suction pulls the tissues up into the cup. Cupping therapy can be used in addition with Massage Therapy, Fascial Stretch Therapy, or as a stand-alone therapy.

I had an incredible massage session with Stephanie!
One of the many things that I loved about her approach is that Stephanie combines stretching therapy with massage therapy. You start from relaxing on the massage table, and she stretches you in different ways, which then helps you get more benefits from the massage itself.
She can do just massage as well, but I was so wowed by the relief I got from the stretching movements that I can't imagine anybody would skip that part. (and stretching felt very nice too!)
Stephanie has another office across the bridge as well - Mobile Performance Therapy
