I was aware of an impending problem with my motor but no one mentionef it to me. My car does have 275 thousand miles on it. In genetal I am happy with their service. I have been taking personal and work vehicles to Scott Mason for years.

Cant get them to answer phone. return a call. Was given a quote for a repair even made appointment based on said quote, called in advance to confirm appointment and my quote almost doubled. Ive had 3 appointments set and still cant get them to answer phone to let them know i'm otw or if the time slot is still good for them. coming from out of town i cannot risk showing up and no time available. his one and only mechanic is why he has the business he has. its a shame that his efforts are diminished by the owner lacking skill on running a business.

Had a problem with my car read this about Custom Car Care to perform high quality diagnostic was informed what the problem was had what they diagnosed done and paid for it but the problem never was fixed. Then was notified it could possible be 2 other things of course more money. The problem I have is they suppose to perform high quality diagnostic why was I not informed the possibility of those other 2 things before having service/paid for done that did not resolve my problem upfront. I will not be going back.

Decent place; stopped in for simple inspection but the place seemed to be trustworthy, clean, and respectable. I'm considering where to go for a front suspension overhaul on my car, and I'm considering using them. I'll follow up on who I choose to use, and how it goes!
