THE WORST!!!! These individuals are kid through Legal shield and trust me when I tell you they act like it. You call and the receptionist finds out you are a legal shield member you are now treated like you're begging at the welfare office. The alleged attorney wasn't prepared for the meeting AT ALL! Literally hadn't reviewed anything I sent and got in the call and asked me where are we with all this? Huh? David made time for a last minute request and listened carefully to my concerns. He was able to explain a lot of the homebuying process and the purchase contract, provide a second opinion on the process in addition to the realtor I'm working with, and helped suggest that I increase my inspection period from 5 to 10 days and in general take things slower with the closing process. I would highly recommend and would his law firm again.

Mr. Degnan was very helpful in an unfortunate situation that I had to deal with during a lease termination. As a student at ASU, with my very first lease, I had no idea what to expect or what to do in the situation that I was in. He helped guide me through existing laws and how I could approach the situation, including my best course of action as a tenant. Imagine that you are a real estate broker and your father passes away. You are working through several probate tasks, trying to deal with grief and you own your own business. Your father gifts you his house as your inheritance. Your brother has come out to do many tasks and decides to come for the final task to decide what you keep as family heirlooms, pictures, etc. Before you are able to go through the house, two criminals pose as your father, send an email to Zillow and a few realtors from My Home Group and contractors work with the two criminals to sell his house to Zillow, clean out the house

First let me say that I am not of fan of "lawyers", with that being said I found him completely empathetic, compassionate, brilliant, and most importantly as a Psychiatrist the take away affect he communicated to me was that he was not all about the money.
I assessed him as someone who thinks if not me, who? If now now when?
If it was not going to be him-then who else would take on This real estate company.
Taking on this wrong that needed to be amended and a corrective action imposed.

I had a great experience with this law firm. Called within a week of my ROC trial due to the contractor lawyering up and bombarding me with paperwork. David and Jami were on top of it. I ended up having 3 court hearings in which Jami presented a over a years worth of documentation, photos, call/text transcripts which got me the victory. First positive experience with an attorney in my career and I feel confident that they have my best interest for future needs. Unfortunately, our $300 consult was a complete waste of time. The lawyer said he really didn't go through all 34 pages of papers we sent him and it was very confusing to him. He himmed and hawed that we probably had a case but it would be $5000 to even look fully at the case and write a letter of complaint. We didn't feel confident with the very little he said to us that we had even the possibility of winning a case even though we knew it was clear cut breach of contract. This experience has further reduced our trust in the legal system. We just can't gamble with that much money
