Services
When you plan for the future of your assets, you'll want to retain legal counsel. You want to hire an attorney with experience and a solid reputation for their work. Attorney Malcolm B. Robinson, Jr. has become a staple of the legal community in the Orleans Parish, LA area. Malcolm has provided clients with legal insight and advice since 1965.
They all work more or less towards the same goal. The term refers to any legal procedures that will prepare a person's assets for distribution upon their death. For example, legal services like wills or trusts are both examples of these types of documents. It's usually a good idea to enlist the help of a lawyer to guide you through the estate planning process.
Your last will and testament is the last action you take during your life. It's a way that you can dictate how you want to have your assets distributed, and you can use it to make sure that you have some say in what happens to your legacy. When a document is that important, you want to make sure that it's airtight and that its authority is unquestionable.
Probate can be a lengthy and taxing process. This can be difficult to manage alone while you're still grieving over the loss of a loved one. And, if the will is contested and you're forced to go through the probate litigation process, you may find yourself in a situation that feels overwhelming. However, you don't have to try and navigate probate alone.
If you have any amount of wealth, you may have thought about making an estate plan in the past. Often, clients ask when it's appropriate to begin planning for the future of their assets. If you care about how your assets will be distributed when you die, you should start planning with a legal professional today.

I would like my paperwork or my money I gave him for drawing up and filing it plus giving him money for court cost. It was for succession i had to file and i am not stretching when I say it took every penny I could scrape together. I am 76
years old, widow, live on social security.
How can he get by with this?
