When I was 19 Mr. Modica got me out of a pretty serious assault charge. It was a very stressful time for me considering my military career was at stake. Not only were all my charges dropped (my co defendant wasn’t so lucky with a Public defender) it took him about 5 minutes to get them dropped. He might be the best Lawyer in the tristate area.

All charges dismissed, case closed!! Im a single mom, was low on options & money. Mike is reasonable with his prices, he is understanding & VERY down to earth. Not snobby like most lawyers. Mike is fighter, & he knows his work WELL. He seems to be well respected in the court room. I felt PROUD to stand next to him in court.
