I used this company to replace a 2nd story deck, build an interior wall, install interior and exterior French doors, move plumbing and electrical, replace a gate, and paint my house. All of the work was quality! The contractors and subcontractors were easy to work with. They literally keep working until you are satisfied.
Van De Steeg is fully insured with $2 million in general liability and workers' compensation. Each of our individual subcontractors has workers comp and general liability as well. When we install a roof, we are installing an entire system from the manufacturer. Contacted 3 roofing contractors for inspection and evaluation for potential damage for insurance claim. Two contractors came out and provided detailed reports, photos and necessary documents. Van De Steeg came out a couple of days earlier unannounced and did a walk around and left a card. I called the account executive that came out. When I told him who I was he stated he just about to call me. He advised of the damage he located and recommended I file a claim. I informed him I had two other contractors come out and they were able to find damage in my attic. I wanted to offer him the same
