Has to be one of the worst dentists/offices I've ever seen. I've seen a lot of dentists over the years, from moving and just dental work. Had a few cavities filled, and now 4 years later it is still painful to floss between those teeth. I went back right away after noticing the new pain and sensitivity, and he sanded the filling down and said 'well they'll just be sensitive now'. A few weeks later a I received a bill for that second visit, which I had to call to resolve.

Very friendly and efficient staff. They really went out of their way to accommodate my work schedule. The doctor recommended I get an implant to replace a missing tooth. The doctor referred me to an excellent oral surgeon. Once I was ready for the actual implant, the doctor made the actual implant in his office. I was thoroughly impressed and I highly Dr Bautista and his friendly staff.

I picked Pleasant Hill Dentistry when I needed a dentist that used my dental plan. A friend raved about this office. It is on my block, so the commute is easy! I totally agree with my friend. The office is clean - and they are being very careful during the pandemic. I have a strong gag reflex, a very small mouth, positional vertigo, and a strong tongue with a mind of its own. They don't seem to be bothered and work very well with me. They explain everything well. They just want you to have a healthy mouth - not pad their wallets with unnecessary procedures. Let me start off by saying there is NO relation to myself and Dr. Bautista. We both just happen to have very good last names.. of course a great ice breaker to start off my first visit. Nice 2nd floor office space fairly easy to find. Usually a ton of parking in the mornings when I go during the week. Once checked in I usually have close to no waiting time, 5 minutes tops. Dr. Bautista and his entire staff are the nicest bunch you will ever meet! They always make sure to greet me first thing and keep me up to date with what they are doing. I am giving Dr. Bautista a 1 Star and hope my reasons will help others: 1) When Dr. Bautista first bought the practice I had an appt. and he found teeth issues that needed to be fixed, my guess is the practice was expensive because magically the teeth filling issues went away and when I would ask about them he would say "no problems." 2) I arrived for I believe 2 appointments and one of them he was sick and another staff member was sick. Umm, I don't want to come to the dentist and pick up an illness. Especially when I explained we had someone at home who is more susceptible to

You only have one set of adult teeth so take good care of them and avoid this place at all costs. I wish I would have read the bad reviews first! I still have pain on the left side on my mouth from being seen here by Dr Bautista. If he tells you that your silver filling needs to be replaced, do not believe him. He did a very poor job. I went to another dentist for a second opinion and sadly the work he did on my tooth was very poor quality/incorrect. If you care about your teeth stay away.

I've never liked going to the Dentist. It was always a scary thing. I also just moved into the area, so finding a dentist was not something I wanted to do. Dr. Bautista and his staff have definitely changed that. Dr. Bautista made me feel comfortable about my teeth and actually taught me more about it. I can honestly say, after receiving his advice on flossing everyday, that I, now, floss EVERYDAY after brushing my teeth! Everything he said made sense. I and my husband went to Dr. Bautista's Office for a good number of years.
He is a wonderful caring human being and his staff are excellent. As a Dentist he is very patient and will discuss all your concerns at length in a very calming and patient manner. He will not do anything you don't want done. He respects his patient.
Recently, I went in to have a tooth pulled. I have a gag reflex and rather than going ahead and pulling it, because I was so nervous,
He said he would refer me to someone else for sedation. We were already set up and I had had the injection. Can't say how grateful

Worst dentist I've ever had. I switched dentists after a move and saw the great Yelp reviews. Don't be fooled. If you leave a Yelp review your name goes into a drawing for a prize at his office-that is why there are stellar reviews. Mr. Bautista did a crown on one of my teeth and when he went to place it on my tooth it didn't fit properly. Instead of sending it back, he went with brut force and pushed sooo hard until it finally went on. I can't even describe the pain. 3 years later my crown had a crack in it and now I need to replace it!

In general, this is a nice office with a friendly staff. Dr. Bautista is very knowledgeable and the hygienist I've seen here has been very pleasant.
I knocked off 2 stars because of my last recommended treatment. In retrospect, it was somewhat aggressive. They recommended some heavy work, including a crown. I sought a second opinion that ended up being decidedly more conservative, but most importantly did not include a need for a crown. A few fillings and a few years later

They treat me like I am a royal patient and I am an important patient. Dr. Bautista is professional, thorough, competent, patient, and knowledgeable. He also has the most gentle technique of any dentist that I have seen in a long time. It is obvious that he enjoys his work, and respects his patients. He is an honest person and efficient. I just moved here and had to go through all the hassle of finding a new Dentist. After hours of research I came across Randy Bautista. So I decided to call and make an appointment for me and my husband. after I called I was told they have Saturday appointments *BONUS* Here are a few notes:

Dr Bautista and his staff were great!! This is the first time a write a review but I felt like I had to.. I took my 2 boys first was extremely happy with the care then I went my self. Now the whole family is going to him.
Loved the care from the hygienist and the girls at the front desk are super frienly.
I hope we can keep Dr Bautista as our family dentis for all our future generation!

I found Dr, Bautista a few years ago when I moved back to the area and was blessed with insurance. I had 9 cavities at the time and very happy to leave dental schools for someone I could pick. I searched for reviews every where and liked the ones I read about him here and tried him out.
