Lori Hall obtained her certification as a Registered Dental Hygienist at Rose State College. She loves working in her home town providing quality healthcare to new patients as well as her friends and family. Lori and Larry have three children and stay busy with all their activities. Whitney Clanton graduated from Platt College with her Dental Assisting Certification in 2009.

Dr. Francis will perform a complete oral examination and discuss any treatment you may need. The examination can identify conditions such as tooth decay, periodontal disease, and even oral cancer.
Dr. Brett Francis was born and raised in Collinsville, Oklahoma and graduated from Collinsville High School in 2000 as the class valedictorian. Dr. Francis completed his Doctor of Dental Surgery at the University of Oklahoma where he received honors and recognition for his clinical excellence in both cosmetic and pediatric dentistry.
Dr. Francis has invested in Digital Dentistry Technology so that he can provide precise, accurate and more comfortable dental restorations. Because accuracy and safety are important, Dr, Francis has invested in sophisticated 3D cone beam x-ray technology. 3D cone beam x-ray technology gives us much more information than traditional 2D dental x-rays and allows us to make a better diagnosis which leads to more predictable treatment for the patient.

We have been going here for years. My family has been going for about 10 all together.
Usually it is pretty good. Lately there have been problems. The blonde dentist is absolutely rude and disrespectful. She came in and told me we are neglecting my child by not using fluoride when we have been indeed using fluoride.
She started the conversation coming in to my OTHER child’s room and saying she needed to find out why I am so misinformed. She went on a pointless rant and degraded us for “not using fluoride” when we do. And if we chose not to, really it isn’t anyones business but our own

There really isn’t a way to adequately state how incredible Dr Francis and his staff are. They have honestly gone above and beyond to take great care of me. Having the issues I have had with my teeth makes it embarrassing to go to a dentist but no one at this facility has ever made me feel any kind of way about it. They provide compassionate, patient-comfort centered care. Jordan, Malica, and Lauren are rare gems and Dr Francis is superb.

The entire staff are very welcoming as well as understanding with any questions that I have asked. I’ve been going here since I was little and now bring my children to see them as well, I highly recommend this facility with any dental needs! 5 stars isn’t enough to rate the care as well as dental work we receive anytime we walk into the door

They did a amazing job pulling my teeth. Got me in really quick. Very nice staff and doctor. Made me feel as comfortable as they could. As I cried because I was scared the assistant wiped my tears away and assured me everything would go good and there was nothing to be scared of. She was right. They handled me so so well and gentle. Thank you all so much for having a amazing business and staff. Definitely a 5 star place and costumer service.

Dental Designs of Stroud is number “ 1 “ in my book from the Front Desk to the Technicians and to top it off “DR BRETT FRANCES” !! As far as I’m concerned he is the Best in his profession.
I have been to so many dentists that I had literally given up. I’ve had so much work done on my teeth that shouldn’t have been done and spent thousands of dollars. I only wish I had known about Dr Frances before! He has gone above and beyond to take care of me. His ultimate goal was to get me to the point where I could eat solid food again and smile as I used to do!!
