Every construction project has its issues. Ours certainly did almost 3 years ago. We own a house from 1908, and we had an architect who made the project a lot harder for all involved. Thankfully, we hired Cascade NW as our contractor, and Andy, the owner, came through for us. He certainly runs his company with integrity, and he was open with us when there were issues that we would not have known about. He worked with us in a professional manner when the unexpected arose, and we trusted the employees he had on site. Things weren’t perfect because that isn’t how renovations work. However, I am
