My wife and I have been clients of this agency for probably 40 years and clients of Kevin's since he took over the business many years ago from the previous agent. I think that, in itself, says what we think of Kelvin and State Farm. We've had our share of homeowner's claims and auto claims over the years, and Kelvin and his staff have always advocated on our behalf with the company, and we've always been more than satisfied with how our claims were handled and adjudicated.

I have my auto and renters policy with them. They give pretty good and competitive rate for a really good coverage. I needed them once for filing a claim during the accident. That process was very smooth. Also, recently I reached them for a home insurance and I got the quote very quickly over the phone. Overall I have a very good experience with them.

I have been with State Farm for years and recently I decided to review update all my insurance policies especially because of all the fires in CA. Indira was very patient, helpful, knowledgeable and responsive. She called me back and answered my emails on a timely fashion. I also spoke with Kelvin who is also very helpful and knowledgeable. I was referred to Kelvin's State Farm office by a friend of mine when I was looking for homeowners insurance for my first house. I called and left a message and Indira called me back very quickly.
