If I could give zero stars I would. My water heater needs a new sensor installed. The technician (whom did not wear a mask in my home when I requested it over the phone and told they would) wanted to charge over $900 for a sensor replacement and no warranty!! Or they said they could replace my water heater for over $2,200 and only a 2 year warranty. I had to pay a $59 service call to learn that this company is a complete RIP OFF!!!

Was introduced to Service Squad Plumbing when Corey came to the house to do a static/hydrostatic test on the water and sewer systems in a 1927 home for the foundation company; Corey was excellent in communicating what he was doing, what he found, what he recommended, etc. and followed with pictures and an estimate for work we may want to have done in the future. Fast forward a couple of days and we needed work done on an outside faucet, I was out of town (a neighbor informed me of an apparent leak) and new to the area so I called Service Squad to come out and take a look. Requested a quote for a farmhouse sink. They promptly came out and we're very nice. They said they didn't do farmhouse sinks but could refer me. They did offer a drop in since which I was very interested in but after they left they did not send an estimate and are blowing off my Yelp messages which I can see they have read. They also did not share a referral for the farmhouse sink install.

I called them out to replace a hose bib that was older and tended to drip a bit. They came out and told me that it was tied directly to the water main with galvanized pipe and they would have to replace that whole part. They also send a had a leak. Keep in mind, I’d had no issues with any plumbing or leaks prior to their arrival. They leave and I turn on the water at the street (they had shut it off) and the meter is spinning very fast - indicating a major issue. I went and explored and found a pool of water, once I drained the water I found a dime sized hole in a pipe tied to the water main
