Would give much higher reviews but they have not updated this place in over 40 years if the people upstairs walk around you hear it all like they are in your apt the walls are very thin also no insulation cold very cold baseboard heat makes for very high heat bills for the good size a large apt love the size 1000 sq feet for a 2 bedroom the place would be wonderful if they would update!!
