When I inquired about a pet friendly unit, the woman on the phone with me was atrocious! She could not provide me any useful information, refused to take my number (that's not part of her job and the numbers would just pile up, evidently), repeatedly interrupted me and failed to have competency on service animals. I hope in the near future there is a replacement for her, as she displayed awful customer service. Poor, poor business-be prepared for a difficult and ill mannered individual to pick up that phone .
