Services
If you want to preserve your assets, it is important to find the right options to suit your needs. If you have been named an executor of an estate or a trustee of a trust, it is vital to manage and distribute the assets according to the deceased person's wishes. In either scenario, you can benefit from the advice and guidance of a wills and trusts attorney.
Often people think that you need a lot of assets to need an estate plan. This is not the case. Everyone should have at least a simple will in order to make their wishes known for distributing their assets when they die, and for managing their financial and health care decision if they become incapacitated.
If you have been named the executor or successor trustee of a deceased person's estate, it can seem like an overwhelming task. You may feel you do not fully understand the legal process, or the decedent's will or trust may be particularly difficult to decipher. Executors and trustees take on a significant legal responsibility and will benefit considerably from consulting an attorney as early in the process as possible.
Barbara is the attorney to see if you need to create your estate plan, put together a trust, write a will or have a probate to deal with. She is sincere and knowledgeable and will advise and help you with these matters. With many years of experience, she can handle all of your concerns. Barbara wants families to succeed with the estate and trust matters, and cares about doing the right thing.

Critical: Professionalism, Quality, Value
I would not recommend this lawyer to anyone. She put my friend and their family through alot of unnecessary stress during their grandfather's passing. Not professional to a family during a difficult time.

Barbara has prepared my living trust. She was great at leading me through the process. She helped me understand the options and led me by asking good questions. I don't understand the previous bad reviews; she just charged the hours needed to the work.

In my experience she charged fair market rates and got the work done in a timely fashion.

I have to disagree with the previous reviewer. I worked for Barbara for over a year and I can attest that she is incredibly ethical and scrupulous in her business affairs. She cares deeply about her clients and works very hard on their behalf. Many times I've seen her go above and beyond, such as repeatedly driving to an elderly client's house in order to help her sign forms, and taking on pro bono cases. I've recommended her services to everyone I know in need of estate planning or trust administration.

This is by fair the worst attorney, dont hire her. She will not return calls, and when she does she always has reasons why she didnt call. The deposit you give her will never be yours again, even if you only use up a couple hours of it. She told me that she would return $500 to me and give me a copy of my bill. She will not return the money or give me a bill. She cause me to lose my case and she will do the same to you. Dont do it, she is terrible.
