Very disappointing service. After receiving some marketing literature I provided Stacie with building info and current policy limits for a quote. I found her to be repeatedly hard to reach, slow to respond, and unpleasant to interact with on the phone. After providing me a quote she was not forthcoming about differences in her quote vs my current policy and stopped responding to my emails. I emailed her boss John and had to reach out two times just to reach him. Disappointing to have put so much of my energy into an agency which seemed unable to explain their policies or provide what I viewed as
