I had a new roof installed in October 2020 by Lonnie and FLA Roofing Inc. It was a good quality job and completed on time. The project only took about 2 days and Lonnie was flexible in working with the dates I wanted since I was going to list be listing the home before relocating to Washington for work. Overall it was an easy process working with them and a great end result.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. We had an urgent leak and they were the first to respond. They covered a flat part of our roof in TPO in June. We had water spots start appearing again after the repair and they sent someone out to put more of the material on. When it continued to leak, they tried to tell me that it was just condensation from my AC. Now, 2 months after the repair was supposed to be fixed (and they were paid in full nonetheless), we have put $13K of new flooring in our home, and guess what's still leaking?!?! That's right! The roof that FLA Flooring has yet to actually fix. We had to move
