My husband and I have been going to Dr. Satary for a few years and I do not recommend her for the following reasons:
1. She is not careful with procedures. My husband was complaining that she had hurt him a few times, but unfortunately, he was forced to keep going to her to finish a procedure with another oral surgeon, who's amazing. However, my recent experience of having her place a crown was very painful and my gum hurt for over three weeks and just now is not hurting me. She jammed it into my gum.
2. Dr. Satary wanted me to accept the new gray crown that she was charging $1600 (tried

Wow! such a great experience for our first visit on 08/23/21 at All Smiles in Fresno. The staff was great! They were very welcoming and friendly especially Elizabeth who works at the front desk. Dr. Shahla Satary was very nice and informative. She made us feel right at home as if we were a friend. She has great knowledge, skills, excellence, and the experience in the dentistry field. She recognizes other past dentistry work and informs us with options and her honest options. Overall she and her staff provided excellent service and we will be coming here for all our future dental needs! Thank you

My father is elderly, and hard of hearing; English is not his native language, and he has always fought going to the dentist. By any standard, he is not an easy patient. I have had about three different dentists in the past 12 years. One that met my expectations of a dentist's office, one that I didn't realize exceeded my expectations, and this one, which was far below any of those experiences. I can say with certainty that my gums (especially my bottom gums,) had been peeled away by the dental assistant who couldn't get a good X-ray. He had to dig into my mouth 1-4 times per bitewing. And to be clear, the bitewing has a wire attached, whereas other offices do not. And this X-ray tech kept getting bad images because the wire kept getting in the way

Dr Satary and every one of her staff were excellent. I hadn't been to a dentist for some time and need serious help as I had a sore tooth that was causing extreme pain. When I called in she was able to see me the same day. I would recommend this dentist, great experience (aside from the pain of my tooth).

Doctor Satary is a wonderful Dentist. Her staff is amazing as well. Always so caring and very polite. Doctor Satary is the only dentist who gave my husband hope to fix his smile. Other dentist wanted to do knock all his teeth out and put in implants. Very costly procedures. Doctor Satary fixed his smile for a fraction of the cost. I highly recommend her for your dentist needs.

I hadn't registered at a dentist since moving to Fresno, so it was time. I found this practice here on Yelp and learned that they have a new client deal: $99 for an exam with a full set of x-rays and a basic cleaning. Which was exactly what I was looking for. (The deal also lists a "take-home whitening kit valued at $500" - which was never mentioned.)

I love this office and recommend it to anyone looking for new dental care! All the staff is very personable and friendly, they take great care if their patients! Heily provides great customer service in the front desk and Cindy the hygienist, creates a very confortable atmosphere which made my experience even better! Overall I am so happy to have discovered this office and to be their patient because they never keep me waiting for long periods of time. After my dentist retired 2 yrs ago, I could not find a decent dentist in town to save my life!! I found this place thru Yelp & think I finally found my new permanent dentist. Granted I've only been into the office once, but I agree with the other reviews on here that Dr. Satary is very gentle & continually asked me how I was doing during my procedure. She also fixed my loose crown, who the previous dentist insisted was fine. The rest of the office staff was great too. So if you're looking for a new dentist, take it from me (and the other reviewers on here) check this place out
