I'm glad you're here because it likely means you are ready and searching for a change of some kind and I think change is awesome. I specialize in helping women find freedom in their relationship with food and their body using intuitive eating. I also help individuals struggling with clinical eating disorders, depression, anxiety, and process trauma using EMDR.

We approach recovery from eating disorder and body image issues from a body positive, health at every size and intuitive eating approach. Weekly counseling appointments provide you with the opportunity to find peace with food and your body as well as give you tools to recover outside the therapy room.
