After being an exemplary tenant for 10 years, Mike Estas did not renew my lease at the Prism building so that the neighboring business could take my space. That was not so much the issue as was the way in which he worked it.
Approximately one year into a three year lease at the Prism building Mike asked if I would be interested in terminating my lease without offering any inducement to cover the relocation expenses, I said no. About a year later when the elevators at the Prism building became inoperable Mike again asked, and again without inducements, if I would early terminate the lease so that

Well I hate to be the counterpart but, I don't think the reviews below are fair or accurate. Personally, I think Mike Estus has been wonderful to deal with. He's been honorable in his dealings with our Business in Suite 104 of the first floor of Parkland Plaza. I can easily say that the maintenance crew is spectacular and I feel the building is remarkable shape (Elevators and all). We looked at A LOT of commercial property in Tulsa and Flat Branch is blessed to be leasing from Twenty First Properties. Interested to know if the reviews below are even tenants in a Twenty First Property?

I've only dealt with their "Director of Marketing" but have nothing nice or complimentary to say about my experience. If you're looking for a property management company that is abrupt, unaccomodating, and says "we aren't that desperate" when you're negotiating a lease agreement, then these guys are for you. No wonder they have vacant office suites that been empty for several years.

Mike Estas intentionally wasted 6 weeks of my time over his uneducated opinion and in essence was a bigot based on his decisions. Worst broker I've ever dealt with, very insulting and rude. PLEASE NO ONE USE MIKE ESTAS. He's an old bitter man who's unliked. Save yourself the time and use a different company. Two 1 star rankings should tel you something.
